About the voice
This is the voice of the rhetorical question, and the model reproduces the thing that makes it work: the emphasis lands early in the sentence, not late. Start a line with 'What if' and it will do the rest without any help.
It holds its low end at speed, so you can push the pace for an edit without the voice thinning out. Slow it down and it turns into a straight narration voice, which is a perfectly good second use for it.
